All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee . This would not apply for a return that is a result of our error, and may be returned for full refund and pay return shipping. We will not accept any item that has been removed from the box--Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before you place your order.
It may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund--this tme includes transit time for return(5-10 days possible) and time for your bank to process our request.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items plus shipping fees to return it. If you do need to cancel an order call us at 1-307-532-7573 so we can deal with that as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee if the item has left the warehouse as it would then be treated as a return.
All requests for returns must be requested within 24 hours of the customer's receipt of the product. All returned non-defective merchandise must be inoriginal purchase condition, unused with original packaging intact and include the original packing slip to be elgible for credit. The warehouse will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. We will not issue credit for un-paid merchandise nor issue call tags for returns. We will not issue credit for items damaged during return shipping.
